Pros

Good work life balance, solid 'worker bees' who get the job done, in spite of management interference and micro-managing. Opportunity to learn about telecom technologies and in an agile environment with access to latest tools. Good legacy products and lots of people with many years of knowledge and expertise to learn from. Passionate employees who believe in the products and potential it has for the market.

Cons

New management is vague with their vision/plans and only seems intent in cutting costs to the detriment of both customer and partner experience. Customer escalations are unable to be handled as the people who knew what to do have left (or been let go). Questionable integrity within the management team who only look out for each other and treat all employees as pawns in their 'game'. No confidence from the ranks in management's ability to keep their word/promises and execute on them. Under marketed products.
