It is an interesting job.

Cons

Management thinks that without developers the product can evolve, customer can get bugfixes. They are wrong. Very wrong. Many people are fired working there for 20+ years. The know-how transfer happened in 1 week! To somebody who has no experience in the field. Grat! Poor customers...
