      Pros

      Some great products... Training - Nominal Remuneration - On par with market (more or less) Job Security - 2 to 4 years. Culture - Fear and reward

      Cons

      Unwillingness to adapt to market challenges a general lack of market foresight and its place in the general panoply of unified communications, among its closest competitors. Coupled with a dogmatic resistance to address the delivery channels necessary to assist in market growth. Many swathing and unnecessary cuts in the name of streamlining which could have been more effectively addressed with a more strategic and less tactical approach to addressing the business issues at hand.

      Decent pay and benefits Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Company experiencing financial strain causing a large amount of layoffs over the past couple of years. Fluffed quarterly results and the same amount of work distributed among less employees is a recipe for disaster. Great people working for a dwindling company.

      Pros

      It was a good place to work when it was under Siemens control: professional staff, good working atmosphere, pretty decent product, sales, bonuses etc.

      Cons

      After separation: relatively frequent changes in top management led to loss of the course and to the gradual collapse of SW development business (at least in NAM). Replacement of professionals with "generic" managers was an aggravating factor.
