Has one of the smartest, most innovative work forces in the industry. Has the potential to disrupt and take total lead of the market in the next generation workforce collaboration market.

Cons

Global Company with a local attitude. Still bases 70% of its decisions on the impact of business in Germany where the majority of the business is still legacy systems. This behavior restricts growth and the execution of innovation due to an inability to transform.
