Pros
Money! Where else can you earn 50K plus a year without a college degree? Package drivers earn a good wage but work their tails off for it! Part time employees...forget it! The pay is horrible along with (or without) bennies which I will discuss later. Management makes a good wage but works long hours and is on call 24-7. Benefits are good for full time. The company is financially stable! It's a very structured company so you won't get freedom to explore.
Cons
You belong to Big Brown when you work there. Management / hourly relationships are not very good. You work hard as a driver and the demands are high. The part time warehouse people work hard for little pay. You don't receive bennies until after 1 year. Senior management is always trying to find a way to squeeze more from employees.
