Pros

Really easy to operate, great brand advertising. A fun team working environment. Great job for people who love customers. The brand makes value and choices available for customers it's not hard at all to give a great customer experience.

Cons

Lots of locations, and a lot of different franchisees. Opportunities limited within brand depending on how many locations are owned by said franchise.

Pros

Easy job once you get the hang of the routines. Don't have to wait too long for promotions, depending on how hard and well you work. Not terrible pay for younger person.

Cons

NO BENEFITS Long hours Management could or could not be helpful, depends on if you can get a hold of them Favoritism is showed when managers are in relationships with those under them
