Working at Subway as Store Manager has afforded me an opportunity to utilize my existing knowledge and develop further job skills required for successful advancement in the Food Service Industry.

Cons

Even though the pay is not the greatest in the world I am still getting the experience that I need.

you only work with a few people per shift, no grease, more laid back than other work places.

Cons

they are franchisee owned, so the pay and advancement isnt the best because the franchisees doesnt have as much money to pay out to their employees unless the store is boomin in business
