Fun easy, lively Customers rock, service is always, if you like dealing with people then it is a wonderful place to work

Cons

Lack of employees, When someone wants off you have to cover shift, very hard to meet labor goals and take time off when you dont have the people to work for you.

Opportunity to work flexible hours Generally good people employed there Easy job to learn and they provide ongoing training Employee discounts on meals Great job for kids in school

Cons

Lack of communication from upper management to lower management Virtually NO RECOGNITION of outstanding work done at the store level The pay is absolutely dismal for management at the store level

Flexible scheduling, turn key operation, with the right owner and employees;this can be a great and fun place to work..

Cons

Owner refuses to give raises to employees who deserve it.. Refuses to allow enough people to be working to be able to provide exceptional customer service.
