Pros

You get to make your own food and since it is a franchise you have a chance of meeting your owner based on if your owner is around or not.

Cons

Its a franchise so they set the pay and pay raises. Your working with the public so you may get yelled at by people daily.

I made good money as a store manager. I pull around 50k a year as a store manager. I know it probably depends on the franchisee. I run my store for my franchisee independently..
