Small team (approx 70 people) Very good work atmosphere and attention to junior resources growth High flexibility of changing industry and client Nice international projects Good salary in line with top tier companies Good opportunities to stretch outside of your role / seniority role

Cons

Difficult integration with PwC Uncertain whether the company will remain a separate brand and entity within PwC or it will be absorbed Brand not well known in Italy

Péssimo ambiente y cero people management

- good initial salary but have started to cut or freeze with covid - a lot of due diligence projects for those interested in m&a

Cons

- no people management whatsoever - long hours and weekends - fire associates every 6 months (typically those with low utilisation) - very limited / no training - no longer sponsor MBAs (used to sponsor 50%) - basically froze the pyramid as part of covid measures
