Smartest Coworkers in respective fields

Pros

Can align yourself early to an industry and specialize. Work with some of the smartest people in the space.

Cons

PwC folks are just not in the same ball park capability wise and can be frustrating to work with. Legacy Booz culture at risk if management does not take active steps to control. Brand value falling.

Very smart people (same as MBB but nicer) working on big impactful engagements, great rewards, great culture

Cons

Long hours but pretty standard for consulting. Friday's are pretty relaxed. Still figuring out how to work with PwC teams.

Cons

+ Acquisition by PwC has added a lot of administrative headache + Appraisals and staffing can get very political (as with many other consulting firms) + Work/life balance is brutal
