If you latch on to the right partners who have come from Booz pedigree, you will likely have positive work experiences and will gain valuable consulting experience. They will mentor you and advocate for you during the end of year performance reviews.

Cons

Partners not from Booz (e.g. Diamond) will likely not invest in your development and think of you as a transactional support member. They also generate an inferior work product. Make sure your relationship partner is an ex-Booz partner.
