      Pros

      -Great colleagues who genuinely look out for each other and teach each other new skills (especially true if you join on grad scheme) -Good L&D environment if you have initiative and time to invest in resources available -Wide variety of interesting projects and collaboration with other parts of PWC will teach you a lot about a range of industries and financial services and offer occasional global travel -Good attitude to flexible working and improving attitude to work life balance

      -Poor (but improving) knowledge management and poor consistency of internal processes makes the business difficult to navigate -Inconsistent and below market remuneration policies fail to compensate during periods of poor work-life balance -Internal politics with other parts of the PWC network and the regulatory side effects of PWC’s audit business consumes significant staff time and energy -Inspirational leadership can be hard to come by when needed most -Easy to feel aimless and neglected in the PWC behemoth
