      Pros

      High quality work rivaling MBB. Broad range of projects especially for juniors. Most projects in UK, so better work life balance

      Cons

      Suboptimal leverage, hard to get optimal team. Number of senior partners have left, so have lost intellectual capital. Sometimes have to sell management consulting projects, that are not as exciting as strategy projects
