- High compensation on junior levels compared to competitors - Supportive and inclusive career development with low focus on up or out - Great project opportunities for people interest in Public Sector - Relatively mild workload compare to competitors

Cons

- Low compensation on senior levels compared to competitors - Male dominated ("boys club") with difficulties to create a female welcoming climate - Limited project opportunities outside of 3-4 key sectors - Limited international mobility due to organizational structure of PwC - Culture clash and still limited success of integration with PwC

ex-Booz & Co culture was great, tight knit and fun but this diluted tremendously between 2014 and 2018. some of the projects were very interesting.

Cons

The acquisition by PwC went terribly leading to bad projects, bad talent, bad name recognition, lots of red tape
