Great company, good people, poor leadership. Interesting times with the integrations into PWC

Pros

Great people, very driven ambitious and exceptionally smart. In a short period of time you can learn a lot have lots of interesting experiences and really enhance your CV and your business skills.

Cons

People skills is not a strength. Partners don't worry about staff but about hitting the numbers and making sales. The PWC acquisition unsettled people and some of the best ones have left.

- Total compensation very competitive (until Principal level) - Relaxed expensing policy - Opportunity to work with really smart people (mostly at Partner level)

Cons

- Extreme nepotism (at project staffing, assessments and promotions / layoffs) - Bad work life balance and culture (a lot of insecure overachievers and endless late-night model reviews by Principals & Partners)
