Pros

Starbucks does have a fantastic benefits program, including health, vision, and dental. They also allow employees free beverages while on the clock, and free coffee each week.

Cons

Little, or no communication between upper management and mid to lower level managers. If ever am issue came up it was quickly buried in paperwork and red tape. As shift supervisor I was handling almost every single responsibility that my store manager should have been taking care of, yet when it came time for layoffs, I was cut while other, less competent managers remained on staff.

Pros

Easy to do the job, just press some buttons, steam the milk and put all together in the cup, the customer will pay a lot for something that is made in 30 seconds, it means profit for the company

Cons

Management can't barely speak English sometimes, all they care is about their bonuses and force you to do stupid promotions, forcing us to rip off the customers

Pros

the smell of the coffee and the knowledge of how to make some really great coffee drinks are the best.

Cons

Some of the customers are just awful. So rude and then of course there are a lot of people who dont speak up enough to actually understand.
