Flexible schedule, autonomy in who you hire, great pay for the rural areas.
Cons
Company leadership can't make up their mind on their own policies and standards. Too much pressure for goals that are uniformly handed down and not given by region, store volume, store area. Lots of turnover right now. In four years I worked under 3 CEOs, 3 regional directors, 2 district managers.
