Pros

Good benefits with 20+ hours per week. Flexible schedule for students. Free drinks on shift. Free pound of coffee each week.

Cons

Management, particularly district manager level and above makes snap judgements about stores and implimenting changes. Have to be able to deal with a lot of change, both in staffing and in products. Things change all the time, and usually are not communicated very clearly.
