I have many cons described in derailed points below- 1) Full of office politics, favouritism is there while providing hikes and promotions. Even work distribution wisr they prefer to give to there favourite people. 2) They will ask to work on shifts and wont provide any shift allowance. Shifts are distributed anonymously and there also favourite resources dont get shifts and also they dont work on weekends. 3) During the time of joining they will hidr important points like you have to work on night shifts and all. They will say only benefits but none of them are actually reachable to the resources. 4) All your decisions will lie with your people manager there is no HR policies and all. Also people manager wont reply you 99% of the time. 5) if you want get your career to go down then join this company otherwise dont join.

Promotions are not based on merits and employee qualities, it is all about how you manage relationships with seniors. Very poor diversity, there are only 2 dominant nationalities at senior level.
