      Global reach, multiple markets and wide exposure to people from different backgrounds

      Cons

      Too much politics, heavy process dragging everything down and a complex matrix organisation where doing things becomes almost impossible. Money is not invested right and so many layers of management & employment where people simple need to justify their jobs rather than achieve something.

      1. As a foreigner you will be alienated by polish colleagues if you can't speak polish 2. Cross department collaboration is impossible unless approved by managers 3. Tech stack is very old and non-practical 4. Everything is in excel sheets 5. Data silos 6. Policies and regulations impede technological growth. They want to catch up with the AI bubbles instead of trying to solve real problems 7. Toxic competetion within the team 8. Singapore and India have more opportunities of growth and collaboration, as a result polish office feels left out. 9. You will do more data engineering than data science
