Pros

They allow flexi working and you are given autonomy

Cons

Pressure and work load is consistently bordering on intolerable. Constant reorganisations and the current “fit for growth” plans to retrench thousands of staff coupled with a very badly kept secret that retrenchment packages will be slashed “in line with the market” make a mockery of an organisation that pretends to be “here for good”
