Work life balance, easy job, good pay and good benefit. A lots of trainings program and internal transfers opportunity.

Cons

Top down management where the failure to make the strategy change. Much more is known about planning than doing, about strategy making than making strategy work. Senior management oftenly handled poorly and slow execution. Work for your network and relationship is how they value your performance hence your hardwork is not priority. Good people left and wrong people in.

Cons

Limited presence in the US The bank's strategy can get in the way of good business, ie the bank may turn away business that does not have an large international component Internal politics can be very active Bank has a lower profile in the US
