      The bank offers learning and development opportunities through training .People culture in the office is the best.

      Cons

      Career growth is not defined,moving to ones desired function is not easy thus prohibiting personal growth.

      Pros

      Benefits and pay are really nice. The base salary might be less than at other banks but the benefits and stock options are insanely generous

      Cons

      I feel that the culture of the bank is very elitist
