Pros

Easily choosen after the interview

Cons

Have to work on visit visa which is not acceptable in UAE so guys be aware if you caught you will be in jail. Its a huge issue. They follow a policy of using the newcomer as a bait for getting customer data as a telecaller after that they filter the data and the work of newcomer has no clue what to do and he would get fire at any moment. They have accurate data in the system. The have a random numbers in thier system which you will have to call every moment and write review for it so that they could filter it The team will mentally pressurise you, you would feel like you are an alien in other planet, they will not care if you are learning or not, they just treat you like a labourer. They labourer are even better than us. Even I Have heard people talking which they call themselves as PNL Head 8 peoples are coming take 4 and I will take 4. We will fire 2-2 peoples from each, they are not concerned about your hard-working behaviour or any kind of talent, if they find any they will fire I had an experience of same one guy who was good in getting customers and held meetings regular just because he was unable to speak one rate of a newly announced building he got fired. Its all because of the most respected madam of Square Yards Miss Rabiah Sheikh she is the main landlady for building Square Yards and she could do anything. I could say the company must not hire people if they are freshers as because "Real Estate" itself is a new subject for them, take time get them clear first and judge them, you have no right to make judge at first The training period will be of 4 days dnt expect much and you will be judged from the 5th day itself.
