Pros

1) join only if you are a "fresher", work for few months and resign before you fall into depression. that's then only pro for squareyards.

Cons

1) you will not get the salary they are offering, you will only get 70%, unless you close minimum 2 deals. There is nothing much wrong in doing so, BUT they will not inform this before you join. How to escape this, when they give the offer letter, look for the column "performance linked allowances" - so this allowance you will get only if you do minimum number of closures. Squareyards themselves are brokers, they act as big brokers, under whom you have to work as an individual broker. Do your minimum closure to get the salary which they have committed to you. So here is the question, If you want to work as an individual broker, you can do it yourselves and earn better money, why should you join Squareyards? 2) I haven't seen any employees in this office, all are slaves, we feel that we are slaves of our managers which is true, but these managers are also helpless slaves repoting to their senior managers. So if I explain the hierarchy, slaves reporting to manager slaves and then they report to actual masters who earns big money. 3) They want employees to do site visits with client, but will not give a single penny as PETROL allowance!!! 4) As I said, you are a small broker working under the big broker squareyards, you will have to make min. 100 calls a day, that's is pretty much fair, BUT they will not give you any official SIM you have to use your personal number to make calls, trust me after 100 outgoing calls from your personal number, I bet your personal number will be marked as SPAM in truecaller in the very first day. 5) Breach of privacy, they will not give device and SIM to make call, but they want us to install an application called "squarebeats", which records all the calls you are making, whether that be any personal call or official call. So be careful when you make personal call, all your calls will be recorded at the backend and your manager will be listening. 😂 5) ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE , before joining be prepared to work for 24x7. They need you to attend meetings and calls even at midnight. They will promise that Tuesday is your week off, but Tuesdays also you will get annoyed by the calls from your managers asking for updates and reports. Actually it is not our managers problem, he is getting bugged by his senior reporting manager. This is one of the important reason for my resignation from square yards, I have no regrets and am happy that I made a good decision. It will affect you both physically and mentally. 6) one more interesting thing , there is something called vanishing syndrome, you might not see the person sitting next you and later on you will come to understand that he resigned and escaped. 7) Please make sure your PF is being deposited, till date I haven't received any single penny in PF account which they have deducted during my tenure.

Pros

No matter what I say about this company, my feedback will be overshadowed by at least 10 paid review all having the almost the same naming convention - "Feedback Square Yards" - by the company employees. Still, I would write a few things to make it clear for those people who have managed to scroll down to my review. Pros 1. You can earn good money provided: a) you end up getting into a team having a mentally stable leader and a good team size b) your priority is money and only money. Because you have to work 28 days a month, 12-15 hours a week. c) you can wait for 12 to 18 months to get your full incentive paid to your account (that is, if you leave the organization, all you hard earned incentive is gone.) People generally leave INR 10-30 lac in the system if he/she works for more than a year and leave. 2. You will do better once you leave the organization. Because this is the worst you could have seen in your career. So, that's again one Pro I can think of. That's it

Cons

1) AED 4000 and AED6000 fixed salary paid to T0 & T1 level employees is very low. You will end up using 80% of this money on meetings, mobile bills, traveling, stay and food. Don't expect that you will get these travel and mobile bills expenses reimbursed. Because the company's policy changes 1 day before the reimbursement day. If you're lucky you'll get 500AED + 300 AED reimbursed. That is 800AED reimbursed for more than 2000 AED wasted in traveling, meeting clients on cab and metros and telephonic bills 2) You will end up working 7 days a week 12-14 hrs a day. But the company do let their employees 2 Friday off out of 4-5 Fridays in a month. You will likely get 2 more leaves because your health won't allow you to go to work (sick leaves) 3) Your immediate leader/supervisor will ask for 50% incentive in case he closes the deal for you (which is very likely because being a new employee you won't be able to close any deal by yourself) 4) If the business gets counted, you will get only 50% incentive/commission next month, rest 50% will come once the builder releases the commission/brokerage fee to the company. It will likely take 12-18 months. (Now read Pros: 1-c point, it will make all sense) 5) The company sells fear to its employees. You will lose your confidence, become a slave and, if you stay for long, you will become either a robot or a loser 6) Only 20% employees out of 2500 employees make good money in the system. Rest comes, works under them, provides them good hot clients and leave the system, The leader uses those leads to make more money. That's the reason the company is least bothered about attrition rate which is 85%. Even the employees who are leaving the system within a month give 10-15 good clients to their bosses and the company easily generate revenue from those leads 7) Abusive language and pressurized culture are in the company's roots. You will get a Delhi-like feel sitting inside any conference meeting with your team

Pros

Nothing all the positive review that you see in glass door about this company is fake the head employer force the current employees to post such positive reviews ,

Cons

The list is very huge where to start from let's start from the selection process When they do your selection they will promise you many things like you will get the visas from there side, Airticket will be provided to you but they will provide you nothing they will tell you that you pay for all these things once you land in Dubai or muscat you will get it reimbursed but trust me you will get nothing. Now if you have already received a offer letter you will understand nothing about it because your package will be divided into two parts one in Indian INR other in foreign currency. This is a freelancing job if you do 4x of your salary then only you will get that month salary that also in 14th of every month otherwise you have to bear you own expenses. Now this company have no holiday or weekend policy they will make you work for 7 days a week from 8:30am to 12:30am or some time 1AM . If you are qualified and doing a decent job please don't leave that job for this type of company only to work in abroad you will end up burning all your shavings. They will do your brainwashing every day in morning for one hour but trust me when you go there you won't find a 6mnt old employees also that is the reason they recruit so agreesively
