If you want to take revenge from any professional person and wants to destroy his/her career,ask them to work in Squareyards. The whole system is fraud and illegal.
I would like to explain in detail:
1)The first and the most important thing is legality. They give you tourist visa and in UAE its illegal to work in Tourist visa.if caught 50000AED fine ,+prison and then deportation.Untill you don't get atleast 4-5 deals they won't even consider you for the work visa. And that is also not sure that you will get the work visa.You will continue to work on tourist visa which is a crime and illegal in UAE
2)Unethical and inhuman,there is no training system,only 1 day training and from 2nd day,you will be forced to cold call 100 connected calls and it will only be connected if you talk with the person for minimum 15 seconds. 5 meetings should be planned for tomorrow and 2 meetings has to be done mandotorily. In every 2 hours ,your calls and meeting update will be sent to you on watsapp.
3)Team leaders humiliates each and every individual,sexist ,racist comment are common and promoted by the management. They are losers.They will be after you .Team leaders think that they are the owner and will treat there subordinates like a slave.
4)Cheaters and liars,they will hire professional especially from banking and insurance background by giving them false and illegal promises ..They ruins career of professionals and shatters the dream of individual who comes to Dubai with aspirations and growth
5)I urge to all my friends whoever is reading this ,i request you not to join this company. They are criminals.
6)All the meeting expenses has to be borne by you..It won't be reimbursed untill you provide them business.Even phone bill wil be deducted from your salary...
7)And finally there main trick by which they fool people incentive structure,
Suppose you crack a deal and your incentives made is 100000 in the month of January.You will get only 50000 in the of April and they will say the balance will be given when the Builder give them full payment.But in reality they take there commision from builder on time but they never say to the employee..And this is how the entire structure revolves,you will be getting incentives on paper only...They will give another part of incentive only when you crack another deal,and this is how it will go...It's a trap...
8) In startups there pressure are common,but here is impossible...14 hours of work every day with no work life balance. U have to punch in office by 9 am and check out by 9Pm or 10pm. You will get 5 days Grace if you punch after 9.05 am..From 6th day if it is 9.06 ,your half day salary will be gone..And if you check out before 6.30pm and if not regularised then half day salary again gone.
9)Even if you don't have any option in this world to work,then also don't join.They will kill your confidence,and innocence.
I can write 100 more cons for this fraud and cheater company..
So pllzzzzzzzz be aware and don't get caught in there trap.
