I am specially writing this for MBA graduates who are looking for campus placement. I have done MBA from one of the top MBA colleges from India and few of my colleagues were from colleges like IMT Ghaziabad as well as from baby IIMs. We all do MBA to land up in a good job where we can grow and help the company to grow. It is very difficult to get a job once you are out of the college campus. If you talk about Square Yards, they will hire you and they will fire you within 1 to 3 months or you will leave by your own within this time period. Reason for same is as follows; 1. You have to call some random 300-400 phone nos. On daily basis just like you receive a call for personal loan. You will start feeling like a call center guy 2. You have to work from morning 9am to 9pm 3. There is no guarantee that you will get one day break in 1 whole month 4. You have to pay for your own traveling for business meetings 5. You have to pay your telephone bill which is 500AED for official work 6. You will not get appointment letter and you will keep on getting revised offer letter on your mail 7. First they will take you to Dubai or GCC countries on tourist visa and after that they will send you back to India and they may call you back or may not. If they call you back, they will call you back on labor visa just like barber's and all. 8. After three months they may again dump you out if they find your performance is not up to mark. Which they find in 99% of cases 9. In between if you want to leave the job, after 1 month period when you are called on labor visa, they will ask you to pay 90000 rs to recover travelling cost and all. 10. According to their CEO who himself is from IIM Lucknow; all those who left are like parasites and were sucking companies blood We all do hardwork to get in to an MBA college. We invest our 2 years to get a degree and a job. If we get in to these kind of jobs, all those investments are of no use. Fortunately, I had 4 years of work experience, I got job after leaving the job but not everyone is that lucky. They are still searching for job. I am posting this post today because I saw square Yards post saying that they are hiring 1500 students from MBA colleges. Means another 1500 are going to get slaughtered. Please be smart, get settled for less salary but No square Yards.

Pros

Salary is paid by mostly by 7th of every month. Its on time unless they block it Good growth: you can get promoted within 3 to 4 months Salary hikes once in 6 months Cold calling leads are given Decent incentives Will make you mentally stronger

Cons

Work timings is 9am to 9pm on most of the days No holidays. If there is a public holiday then you will have to compensate it by working on a friday Almost all Fridays are working People are demoted frequently and salary reduced If you are at home on Friday they will make you do cold calling All senior managers have a master slave mentality. Insults and abusive languages are encouraged. Its encouraged by the top management Salaries and incentives would be stopped if you don't perform for one or two months All leaves are loss of pay 90% of employees have a vintage of maximum 3 months. Only the top management (Max 6 to 10 people) have a vintage above 1 year. Cold calling at all levels. Except for 2 or 3 senior people everyone is forced to do cold callings. People are hired from India because people in Dubai would not work in this slave atmosphere They adore Jack ma's 996 policy but practice 997 in reality You will have to pay for your own travel in taxis which is very costly. Wouldn't be much of a problem if you get the incentives though Forced to give fake positive reviews in websites like Glassdoor Compulsory like and share articles in social media You will be fired instantly if they find out that you have attended another interview Incentives will be stopped if you don't perform for a month Immatured leaders who make it their job to abuse you in filthy languages at least 3 times a day

No pros to write you guys suck big time.

Cons

U need to listen to abuses from top management. If u want to ruin ur life please join. Won't advise to my enemy. As i was been called from india for duabi branch to work with the salary what they have committed was fake , 14hours working shift , salary what you recived is 1200 aed every month , fake promises no week off , - Frauds - Cheaters - they will promise something in India and they will make you only Telecallers to generate lead - 100+ calls daily that too connected - Most in ethical illiterate and underdeveloped environment - Feels like sophocated and feels like back to school with a headmistress.
