      Pros

      Strong consultant profiles focused on quality and developing SME/Consulting expertise. Opportunities to grow in a positive, challenging and entrepreneurial environment. Client among top tier 1/2 banks. Support from top management. Good work life balance, team spirit and ambiance.

      Cons

      Although the brand is very strong in Europe, Asia is brand new.

      Pros

      Interesting work in the energy team, other teams not doing as well (finance, business dev, growth and innovation). Ambitious company with strong goals and forward thinking attitude.

      Cons

      Senior management need to be sorted out, unclear routes to promotion, favouritism and very senior/male led. Change is happening though.. slowly. Making it harder to be promoted with extra positions in-between. No pay rise or promotion in 1.5 years despite company doing well. No line management training so people not being supported how they should be by their line managers.
