- Global company with a small, localized feel - You have autonomy to pitch/run with almost any ideas you're passionate about (business development opportunities, internal life, D&I) no matter what seniority level you are -Aiming for large growth over the next few years... Expansion of business model and practices
Cons
- Cheap... may lure you in with decent initial salary, but raises and promotion bumps are low. Especially with no social spending (due to pandemic) during very profitable years - where is all the money going?
