Well-organized company, supportive team, and a good environment for learning. New employees receive help at the beginning, which makes the transition easier. There is also good collaboration between colleagues, and the workplace feels professional and well-structured.

Good salary, management wasn't breathing down your neck all the time, we got to work independently.

Cons

Bonus structure based on insurance was a scam. They scammed us every month. 1 hour lunch was split into 30 mins and 2 15 mins. understaffed, so we was handling alot of calls. Terrible systems for such a large business
