Pros

Good salary, management wasn't breathing down your neck all the time, we got to work independently.

Cons

Bonus structure based on insurance was a scam. They scammed us every month. 1 hour lunch was split into 30 mins and 2 15 mins. understaffed, so we was handling alot of calls. Terrible systems for such a large business

You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

Cons

The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
