Bad management and bad methods

They do not pay you what they say or put you in the location you apply for. You do not get your contract until 2 weeks after you start with all the clauses by then its too late. You work on your own to man the entire site unless its a super site with 1000-1500 units then you will be 2 people. You get your days off when they feel like giving them to you. You may work 7 days in a row as they are always short staffed and they say that as long as they give us 8 days off in 1 month its fine. The rota is dictated by head Office. Store managers have no power or authority on anything. You do not get a lunch break. You are supposed to get half hour unpaid but you are not allowed to leave the store and have to serve people when they come in even if you are eating
