      Pros

      Exceptional training provided. Great weekend hours. There are incentives to achieve. Travel and food reimbursed when working away from your base shop.

      Cons

      The bonus scheme is designed to limit the amount you can earn in an established store. They reel you in with the promise of hundreds in bonus but the reality is quite different. Micro management, favouritism, managerial bullies and high staff turnover. I witnessed staff being pushed out during my time. They were actively targeted. In my district, the sickness policy was “don’t go sick”. Sickness was met with suspicion, interrogation and it can lead to unwarranted “stern conversations”.

I am sorry you feel let down by the style of management, We take any allegations of bullying seriously and have several ways to report it and policies specifically to deal with it.       Pros

      The onboarding went smoothly. It had al good mix between in office trainings and time to follow online training on your own pace. The job is as described in the posting. When an additional task comes up, I can always refuse this even when it is not because I am busy with other tasks. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Staff initiatives like birthday get togethers make the office feel like one big team.

      Cons

      A slight downside is that working from home is only possible after a few months.
