      Unique work with poor management.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging projects. Work hours are flexible and benefits are acceptable. Middle management tries to do what's best for their group, not always well received up top.

      Cons

      Management is very reactive, sales lacks knowledge, and engineer or project management takes the brunt of the issues (which happens often).

      There is no good reason to join this company

      Cons

      - If you want to make a carrier in documentation then this is a best place for it - This is the first company where brains is not used. - HR is talking like they are the CEO and MD of the company. They are support staff and they are acting like they are the one who is the source of income. - Salary is the biggest issue if you are giving a 100% efficiency they will give a hike of max 2%to 3% hike

      Shining stars working the trenches to turn out good product against the odds. They have vending machines.

      Cons

      I have worked for some of the heaviest hitters in the aerospace industry for over 25 years. I lasted a little over a year at Labinal in Sarasota before I left....it was the only time in my career that I walked out on a job. Favoritism, nepotism and managerial incompetence run rampant at this facility and it was, without exception, the absolute worst professional experience in my career. The leadership there would be hard pressed to collectively manage their way out of a wet paper bag. I resolutely applaud those employees who continue to show up every day in spite of the rancid culture. This place had a turnover rate of over 19% in 2015 and there's a very good reason for it.
