      Pros

      Pros Specific to Safran India ----------------------------- Good place to learn V&V Good place to learn Team and Technical Management. Good place to learn onshore-offshore project co-ordination. Lots of challenging project in avionics. -Very good and talented Avionics Head. Love to work under him again.

      Cons

      Cons: Specific to Safran India -------------------------------------- Lack of professionalism in work place. Few Managers are very rude and have no value for the engineer. This is causing the iteration.

      Average compensation. Nice facility and great people to work with. Very close to home. Absolutely no work life balance-not sure they have heard about that..

      Cons

      Reading through the reviews and company responses are very interesting. When we were labinal in the beginning we were talked to like actual people. The company responses are indicative of the problems now. They talk to us generically with corporate and hr lingo that doesn't mean anything.
