Pros
The overtime is good, there’s some travel depending on your role.
Cons
The company does not care about you at all. They will under pay you any chance they can get, there were situations where they forgot to pay people and simply said, sorry, it’ll come in your next pay check. They expect you to deliver on ridiculous timelines. The management is terrible right the way through, often had my work presented by a manager as their own. You’ll be lucky to get an annual review and they will fight to never give you a pay increase even when you’re under paid to begin with. If you enjoy being patronised and treated like trash then this is the place to be
