      Pros

      There are highly skilled people always willing to help and teach you, you can learn a lot. Management is good in Valladolid office, but poor communication with headquarter in Madrid. Nice working environment and friendly peers

      Cons

      Not career opportunities or progression. They lose the best people because of that.

      French families are important - more than North American people

      Safran only cares about the french people. Petitcolin was proud to say layoffs in the US - no layoffs in France. See article in Market Watch - it's a quote. Told the staff they would close by the end of the Year - BS -- it's this summer.
