internal politics, management not clear direction discourage people work here. Strong internal relationship also make the company not very professional. the org is not stable these years, it's hard to have focus from all parties, and plus internal conflicts play important role, it is just difficult to make things. you will always see the real hard worker never get right treatment, and the best speaker can always get best reward.

Too much incremental innovation. Not much focus on disruptive innovation. Has a tendency of following the trend rather than creating the trend. Pace of life is slow for a company in this field.
