      Pros

      It is a great company, with life of leisure. I can learn a lot of technical things inside the company and there are a lot of experienced engineers to help you. Working in ST you can not feel so much pressure.

      Cons

      Salary is not so good. Leadership of the President I think should be optimized. Managers sometimes make a decision which is not good for employee and do not want to listen to the opinion of the employees.

      Global workforce, great exposure, true multinational company that has withstood the test of time and economy tides

      Cons

      Segregation site wise, information not freely shared within this large organization, slow to implement changes in structure and mode of operation and when they do its in jolts like earthquakes rather than smoothly and timely

      STm has a great environment and opportunities to learn especially if you are a fresh grad

      Cons

      It's a good place to learn but there is no clear career growth path and everything seems to happen by accident with no planning
