      Good work life balance. 9 to 5 job.

      Cons

      Quality of work is not good. Lot of politics in management. If you cant lick bosses foot you will not get the good work and promotions. All the low end jobs are done in India greater noida location. Salary is less. Some groups are doing worth less kind of work. HR department is need to improve. No innovation done in noida campus. Some of the managers does not have technical skills at all.
