      not considering the salary, there is just the medical benefits( base). There is a flexibily for the entrance time (between 7:30 am to 9:30 am)

      Cons

      No lunch ticket (just the canteen) Few young people Old thinking way at work (sicilian style) Few chance for career opportunity no meritocracy

      Pros

      There are not so may pros, it's only a job where it's difficult to find other jobs.

      Cons

      The clientelism and the servility are rewarded, the management has a very low work culture and a low culture in general, very ignorant. Their idea of a company stops in the 70's. Career paths are not clear. The company receives state funds and the political pressures are enormous. Relationships with the companies involved are suspect, it deserves an investigation. Local management must be canceled.

      Many nice people work here. Health benefits are good.

      Cons

      Very cheap and poorly managed. Highly bureaucratic and many people are motivated out of fear of losing their job . Takes forever to get anything done here. Salaries and benefits packages are not competitive compared to American companies.
