      Pros

      Provided a paycheck and was able to work from home on a hybrid schedule. Immediate team members were nice.

      Cons

      The job was repetitive, answering the same customer inquiries continuously. However, senior management set ridiculously high targets, nearly unachievable, to complete work. Lousy solution to poor product quality. Additionally, internal technology developed, or used, for work was also of poor quality and hard to use. Overall, an unhealthy high stress environment with little to no opportunity for real growth professionally.

      Pros

      • Lower management and colleagues - but this is completely luck-related as it varies between offices and roles • Quite a lot of vacation days

      Cons

      • Low salaries • No area for improvement, no perspective - you can get a promotion with a small salary bump but with a huge responsibilities bump (not worth it) • The company is burning out their employees - receiving a one-off newsletter on how to care for your wellbeing isn't really caring for your employees • RWS took everything negative from a corporative environment (too many managers, mgmt that doesn't care at all for anyone, and overworking your employees) and gave none of the perks (WFH is NOT a perk when you've CLOSED the offices to save money!) • No actual financial benefits yearly compared to other corporations in our country • Rates for external vendors (freelancers) are so low that they are bringing down the standard for everyone and I was ashamed to take part in that

      Talented people and varied, high-profile clients

      Cons

      Very low salaries with no progression, bonuses or adjustments, micromanagement, promotion criteria kept behind closed doors with constantly moving goalposts, impossible to manage workload, unpaid overtime, overworked with little support. Feels like you are just a very small cog in a very big wheel.
