- great colleagues - some flexibility and remote work

Cons

- low salary and no perspective of growth - you are potentially replaceable by someone from a cheaper country that will cost less to the company - no perks in particular (except remote work) - too many acquisitions and too many companies within one company

Good way to get a first job in the field Lovely international colleagues

Cons

Since 2020 several rounds of redundancies affecting almost all departments. New staff hired in between rounds of redundancies, now more announced in 2023. Would not recommend moving to the area or leaving an existing job for a job here.
