Company Culture Crisis: Flexible Work Hours Masking Rampant Nepotism and Overworked Staff

Flexible working hours; hybrid model or full remote (on agreement)

Cons

Never seen so much nepotism in a company before. People are getting promoted by default without any team announcements about new opportunities, and no interviews are conducted. Vendor relations management department is packed with untruthful managers that would backstab you in any moment, regardless of your work results. VM department is constantly overworked and understaffed. You are expected to give 120% and working outside of normal business hours with no compensation.
