Low pay, so corporate that people are simply numbers in spreadsheets, cost cuts, jobs being relocated to low-cost locations, low talent retention, stashing many jobs into one, dubious investments and acquisitions, internal politics.

Management all think they are too important to deal with worker bee issues Repetitive ways of working that are shown year upon year do not work Around 8k under market value for basic pay Would rather hire cheap so big turn over of staff
