Glad to hear you enjoyed your coworkers and the work-life balance. Teamwork is definitely part of our DNA and one of the reasons why we are successful as a C&SI firm.
As expected in certain projects and despite the fact we are proactive, some changes may occur here and there. It's sometimes very complex to align multiple stakeholders - our internal project team, the customer's one, sometimes third parties, the team coming from the software editor, etc.
It's more an art than a science and we always do lessons learned, in order to continuously improve our governance model and delivery model accordingly.
Although we do value seniority and loyalty, we also understand that sometimes individuals would decide to leave the firm, because it's the end of a cycle and even if we do have a solid retention plan in place in every country. We regularly gather feedback coming from our employees, through the monthly town halls we organize in every country, through the monthly corporate updates we do worldwide.
We also take into account the feedback, suggestions and ideas coming from the employees. This for instance led to us revamping the way we communicate during the monthly corporate updates, the creation of a Center of Excellence, amongst other local or global initiatives.
