The CEO had a tantrum of a 2-yr old

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The office space was nice

Cons

The CEO would swear and shout at anyone whenever and wherever he likes if he doesn't get what he wants. He had a tantrum of a 2-yr old. He would show his dominance to get around his insecurities. He would fire people in their first week or days. Why would he hire them if they were not fit? He would lie to anyone, be it his own employees or clients.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing the data from our employment reports, no one has been let go in their first week or days after joining. We have policies in place that ensure that any behaviors like the ones you describe are addressed swiftly, to stay true to our values and our obligations as an employer at all levels. Our CEO has a 79% approval rating based on other reviews. We don’t think your perceived experience reflects that of most Processians. Thank you

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We are definitely a flat organization, which allows anyone in the firm to interact with leadership. As a global firm, we still are to complete certain milestones before being fully global and we are working on it. We have invested into lean processes and new technology in order to help us achieve that goal.

No one was in charge

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The atmosphere was casual and some great coworkers.

Cons

This company was very poorly managed. Processes and procedures where not at all standardized. There was no training. No quality control. Work was constantly being redone because requirements haven't been properly communicated. Everything was done at the last minute. No one was in charge. The CEO was never around to run and lead this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You have highlighted a couple of challenges any fast growing organization may face. We are fully aware of the situation you described and started to take actions in order to standardize processes, procedures and tools used in the different countries we operate in. Training and development is definitely one of the key aspect we consider, hence the recent investments we made in the People and Culture team, to be stronger business partners and support local and global initiatives.
