Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. We do have several PLM projects and offer variety and diversity. This is something that many employees highlighted. As for the work/life balance, the intent was not and is not for people to work 24/7. Work/life balance is indeed a key aspect and with the additional recruitments we are making, that balance will be even better. That being said, we invite every employee to reach out to their direct supervisor to discuss the workload accordingly. And we are already taking actions on this, such as recruiting more people.
I have been working for Processia for just a short time, but the on-boarding process was very easy and streamlined. The people are genuine and friendly, and honest about the kind of work that can be expected. The company is fast adapting to the current time of work from home, and the projects are still advancing at a nice pace.
Team is young and dynamic, and there is a lot of freedom in execution of the tasks.
Cons
Since the teams work in separate projects, experiences can vary. Initiatives are put in place to query the personnel on their work experience to identify an address potential issues.
Working between an end client and a software developer can be challenging, and limit your ability to find creative solutions.
