Pros

Company match, a few decent people, decent benefits, growing company

Cons

Turnover rate in sales tells you all you need to know about this sales office. The sales culture at this location is downright tragic. Health of specific territories and partners who are willing to refer in each other are few and far between. Sales divisions are in competition with each other to selfishly sell their product and cut their partners out of the sale. Earning potential is low due to these reasons. The sales culture here is extremely unhealthy. Gossip is a severe issue.

Pros

Great training program. Mgmt can be picky, but overall positive. Always trying to innovate and still not quite be a call center.

Cons

New changes seem to benefit the company's bottom line instead of the people doing the work. More and more metrics and systems. No time for client connection.

Pros

Good benefits. Good training if you are able to find time for it. Most coworkers try to contribute to positive team environment.

Cons

Multiple organizational changes completely overhauled the culture of the company. We used to be more customer service focused, but seems that quantity over quality had taken its place. High volume high demand cause a great deal of stress and high turnover leaving even more workload for the existing employees. Management makes quick changes without thinking of long-term results, very reactive environment. Teams have been split up and a lot of teams are completely remote meaning you may have one team that sits in 8 different states. That alone takes a hit on employee morale.
